Description
A small yellowish-grey slimy Suillus characteristic of boggy mountain soils and mycorrhiza with dwarf mountain pine.
Identification features
The cap is 3–6 cm wide, grey-yellowish, greasy to slimy, with peelable skin. Pores start yellow, later yellow-brown and relatively large. The stem is slender, brownish and has a slimy ring when young.
