Description
A hard bracket fungus with a silvery hairy, concentrically zoned upper surface and whitish pores beneath.
Identification features
Fruitbodies are 3–8 cm, bracket-shaped, hard and corky. The upper surface is silvery hairy with white, grey, ochre and brown zones; pores are fine and pale.
